FD, the award-winning fashion, design and lifestyle magazine of The Dallas Morning News, has announced the launch of FD House, a quarterly magazine covering home design, furnishings, exteriors and luxurious living in North Texas. The first edition will hit newsstands, retailers and showrooms in March 2015, with an anticipated circulation of more than 40,000.

Lindsay Jacaman, group publisher of FD, and Mary Poe, associate publisher for all FD titles – the flagship FD, the luxury wedding magazine FD Love and now FD House – will lead the launch and growth of the new title. Poe is an accomplished marketing and sales executive with nearly 15 years of local publishing experience. FD's award-winning editors – Rob Brinkley, the editor-in-chief of all FD titles, and Christopher Wynn, the deputy editor of FD – will oversee FD House and guide its new editor, to be announced soon.

"FD House provides an exciting opportunity for our team to continue growing the FD brand with a new title that will engage readers in a new way," said Poe. "The magazine will feature elegant Dallas houses, decor and design, with substantive coverage that maintains the signature FD wit and intelligence readers enjoy."

Celebrated Dallas Morning News critics, including architecture critic Mark Lamster, as well as reporters and award-winning designers and photojournalists, will contribute to FD House. Content will also include essays and trends from architects, designers, homeowners and others focused on enjoying the best Dallas and North Texas have to offer.

"With the reputation of FD and the tremendous talent of our contributors and partners, FD House will have unparalleled access in the luxury home design industry," said Brinkley. "We are ecstatic to announce FD House – and extremely pleased with the continued growth and opportunity of FD titles."

Targeting affluent North Texas residents, FD House will offer endemic and non-endemic advertising opportunities. Leading the advertising team will be Natalie Lee, who brings nearly 10 years of sales and marketing experience to the role of ad director.

FD magazine caters to affluent Dallasites who enjoy fine living and reading about luxurious lifestyles, including fashion, art, design, food, travel, automobiles and culture. FD launched its luxury wedding magazine, FD Love, in late 2013, showcasing elegant weddings, gowns, rings and cakes, augmented with essays on romance and relationships.

Dallas, luxury
