News-Times general manager resigns

Ronnie Bell, general manager of the El Dorado (Ark.) News-Times, has resigned.

Bell began with the News-Times in February 2015, taking over after the retirement of Betty Chatham, who held the position since 2007.

"We wish him well with his future endeavors," said Mark Lane, president of WEHCO newspapers. "We will immediately begin the search for the general manager's position."
