Unauthorized Housing Warning

Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service that implies or claims to be an official housing provider for MEGA. Other housing companies or travel agencies may aggressively pursue you, or your company, to book your guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts. The only way to book your rooms for MEGA is to use the channels provided on the Omni Fort Worth Hotel website. If you are contacted by one of these pirate companies, under no circumstances should you give them any credit card information, and please immediately notify Paulette Sheffield at paulette@snpa.org or (404) 256-0444.

The Key Executives Mega-Conference will be held at the Omni Fort Worth Hotel in Fort Worth, Texas, Feb. 17-19, 2020.

Our room rate is $245 per night, single or double occupancy, plus applicable resort fees and taxes. Jan. 23 (or when rooms sell out) is the deadline to obtain this discounted rate.

Rooms can be reserved at this rate several days before/after our conference, as well – for people arriving early or staying an extra day.

Conference dates: Feb. 17-19
Room block rates available: Feb. 15-20
