Ripley stepping down after 26 years as C-T news editor

Catherine Stortz Ripley, who served as news editor of the Chillicothe (Mo.) Constitution-Tribune for the last 26 years, has resigned her position.
Ripley made the announcement to C-T staff members, thanking them for their support through the years and citing a desire to spend more time with her family.
She has accepted an employment opportunity with a Chillicothe business and will remain in the community.
