FLORIDA TODAY's McLoughlin promoted within USA TODAY NETWORK

Stephanie McLoughlin, USA TODAY NETWORK's regional vice president for southeast Florida, which includes FLORIDA TODAY and Treasure Coast Newspapers, has been promoted to vice president of strategic sales for USA TODAY.

In her new role, McLoughlin will focus on the retail segment.

McLoughlin, who will assume her new role next month, will remain in Brevard County in her new position.

McLoughlin started at FLORIDA TODAY in June 2013 as director of advertising. A native of the San Francisco area, she was director of major and national accounts for Digital First Media. McLoughlin is a graduate of St. Mary's College in Moraga, Calif., and has a master's degree from San Jose State University.
