Max Heath to retire as NNA Postal Chair

Nationally-recognized postal guru Max Heath is officially moving to emeritus status this year.

He will be succeeded by Matthew Paxton IV, publisher of The News-Gazette, Lexington, Va., who serves as the National Newspaper Association's government relations committee chair and former NNA president. He has been building his postal expertise as one of NNA's four members on the U.S. Postal Service Mailers Technical Advisory Committee.
