Cox Enterprises names VP of Cox Talent Acquisition

Cox Enterprises has named Eric Terry as the company's vice president of Cox Talent Acquisition. He reports to Charlene Binder, senior vice president of human resources.

Terry has more than 20 years of human resources experience across a variety of industries. He oversees the company's talent acquisition strategy and organization, which recruits on behalf of all Cox Enterprises businesses. The company's primary divisions focus on broadband communications, media and automotive services. His team is responsible for recruiting technology and marketing programs, as well as identifying and participating in strategic career fairs and industry conferences.

Prior to Cox, he served as global head of talent acquisition for Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. In this role, he oversaw all talent acquisition processes, developed the company's employee value proposition and created the global employment brand and search engine optimization strategy. He also launched the company's global applicant tracking system and careers website. Terry has held human resources roles at 5/3 Bank, Abbott Laboratories, Boeing, Deloitte and Ernst & Young.

He received a master's degree in human resources from Central Michigan University and a bachelor's degree in marketing from Franklin University.
