Stephen Kent and Encore2Media to lead Morris Media Network

Morris Communications Company has announced the engagement of Stephen Kent and Encore2Media to lead the growth, development and management of its travel and magazine division, the Morris Media Network.

Kent and Encore2Media will oversee the brands and publications that fall under MMN and will be charged with growing this Morris division.

Donna Kessler, who serves as president of Morris Media Network, will continue in her role, as will other MMN executives.

Kent founded Encore2Media after the sale of New Track Media in January of 2014. He had founded New Track and served as its president and CEO, after previously serving in the same position at F+W Publications (now F+W Media), a business he and his team grew into one of the world's largest consumer enthusiast companies with operations in the U.S. and the U.K.

Assisting Kent will be Tina Battock, partner in Encore2Media.  Battock has more than 20 years experience in the enthusiast media space and managed and launched initiatives in print, direct response marketing, online advertising, video and e-commerce.
