Circulation Director - Burlington, N.C.

Growing mid-size community daily in the Southeast is seeking an energetic, driven circulation/marketing professional to lead its circulation team and maximize new and existing market share and revenue opportunities.

The successful candidate must be a hands-on, goal-oriented manager with a proven track record in home delivery and single copy sales management. Must have excellent people skills and the ability to develop and mentor associates. A strong background in circulation/audience development, sales and marketing across multiple platforms is required. The ideal person will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge acquired through experience as well as five years circulation management experience.

We need someone with the right qualifications, but -- we need a proven leader with strong supervisory experience and a track record of motivating, training and developing team members.
