Lewiston Maine daily/weekly cluster to be sold 7/18/17

Sun Media Group has agreed to sell its assets to SJ Acquisition, a company controlled by RFB Holdings, which also owns MaineToday Media, Alliance Press in Brunswick and Courier Publications, based in Rockland.
