McClatchy has named Andrew Pergam vice president, video and new ventures. In this newly created role, Pergam will continue to lead The Video Lab, McClatchy's award-winning video operation, while spearheading the company's corporate development efforts and the management of its venture investment portfolio. Pergam will report to McClatchy's President and CEO, Pat Talamantes.
